This type of event is organised for groups in our countryside Finca Escobar-Jerez.

Breakfast at 9:00 h. Migas (typical Extremenian breakfast of fried bread with garlic, paprika and local olive oil) served with fried egg, chorizo and fried pork belly (uncured bacon), coffee and local liqueurs.

Tasting at 11:00 h. Different cuts of Iberian meat roasted on the grill with regional wines. Opportunity to observe how chorizo and various other local speciality sausages are prepared. .

Food at 15:00 h. Buche (Stomach stuffed with marinated Iberian pork, paprika, garlic and local olive oil - Extremenian version of haggis!), rice and greens cooked in the buche stock. Typical desserts. Coffee and liqueurs.

Afternoon activities: Horse riding, spa, rambling, games of cards, cocktails, music, etc.
